I am a friendly, warm hearted and professional hypno-psychotherapist working in the Warrington area of the UK. I help people to overcome their problems and specialise in anxiety disorders such as panic, fears and phobia's, generalised anxiety, stress management and confidence issues. I also specialise in smoking cessation and hold a specialist certificate in this area. My aim is to help you return to a positive way of functioning in as short a time as possible, and have helped people return to work following bouts of depression or stress. I use a variety of techniques to help you achieve the change you want in your life. Using a bespoke blend of Hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy and other psycho-therapeutic interventions so that I can tailor the sessions for the individual and not just use a 'one size fits all' approach. I was trained at Masters Degree level at one of the longest standing training schools in the UK. I am insured, accredited and registered. I have been told that I am very natural at making people feel comfortable and at ease, which really helps the process. An integrated approach to treating painful health problems is taken at this clinic located in Ealing in London. The Sheffield Wellness Centre was established in 2017 and is designed to be a friendly, welcoming and private space suitable for many different purposes. The centre is looking to attract skilled health focused professionals who are looking for a flexible place from which they can see the people they work with. There are 4 different spaces available. The biggest space is The Studio which is big enough for 9 or 10 people to be on full length yoga mats. We have several people using the space who value the more personal and intimate feel that comes with working in a space like this. The yoga instructor that uses the rroom has said how they feel they give a much higher quality of experience in our space compared to others.People attending classes have commented on how safe they have felt in the studio. Many people have anxiety issues when doing classes in large rooms with lots of people but this is not an issue in The Studio.We have two talking therapy rooms, one bigger and one smaller. Both are private, warm and welcoming. They are neutrally decorated but still have personality. The fourth room is a dedicated massage room which is ideal also for reiki, aromatherapy, Indian head massage etc.Bookings are managed by the health professional through our online booking system.
