I was recommended to Maria many years ago. I had suffered a whiplash injury and the pain went all the way from my neck through to my lower back and worsened during cold or damp weather. After suffering for many months and thinking I would just have to live with it, I went to Maria on my friend's advice but admit I was not hopeful. However, after just a few visits, I felt the pain decreasing and gradually everything started to loosen up. I was shocked at how ‘tight’ I had become from being tense because of the ongoing pain. After around 6 sessions, I was able to stop going and felt absolutely fine. Every now and then I get some pain or stiffness due to tension but a couple of visits to Maria and I’m right as rain again! Now I only have to go every few years! I think the last time I went recently it had been over 6 years since my last visit. I recommend everyone to Maria including my own grown-up kids who also go when they need to. I can wholeheartedly recommend and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere:)

After a year of back problems that started to impede me in everyday life and were so bad I was unable to garden any more, I was referred to one of the physios, Mukul Kaushik. He assessed and quickly diagnosed the cause and over the next few weeks different treatments were applied at consultations and I carried out the suggested exercise regimen at home. I cannot express my appreciation now that I no longer have the pain. I can work in my garden again. He has literally given me back the things I'd missed that had lowered my outlook on life. I had severe pain behind my right knee. I had a thorough examination of the knee, massage and ultrasound. The problem with my knee was identified quite quickly after good questions were asked. I was also shown various exercises to assist in my recovery. I chose the clinic as it’s close to where I live. I received a couple of phone calls prior to my attendance and various forms to read online so as to minimise my time in the reception area. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Adam Chamberlain was the gentleman who I saw and found him to be polite, thorough and extremely professional throughout. I would recommend anyone who is suffering from injuries to give serious thought to utilising the service from Dpines.

I visited this clinic 4 years ago due to a problem with my neck. I had a very positive experience and was relieved of my pain after just 1 session. Recently my mum has had shoulder pain so I immediately recommended this clinic to mum. Paula diagnosed it as a rotary muscle issue and after taking, a thorough medical history began treatment. Throughout the treatment, Paula was compassionate and explained the process. She was firm but gained consent at each stage of treatment. Paula has used humour to help my mum relax. Mum has had 2 sessions so far and is almost pain-free. Paula has taken her time to speak to mum about her posture and also recommended exercises to perform at home.
