I visited this clinic 4 years ago due to a problem with my neck. I had a very positive experience and was relieved of my pain after just 1 session. Recently my mum has had shoulder pain so I immediately recommended this clinic to mum. Paula diagnosed it as a rotary muscle issue and after taking, a thorough medical history began treatment. Throughout the treatment, Paula was compassionate and explained the process. She was firm but gained consent at each stage of treatment. Paula has used humour to help my mum relax. Mum has had 2 sessions so far and is almost pain-free. Paula has taken her time to speak to mum about her posture and also recommended exercises to perform at home. Mum is finding these very beneficial. Don't suffer in silence. See a specialist such as Paula. She has been dedicated, reassuring, caring and professional throughout.

I have been treated by James Rousseau for various issues over the past twenty years - Back problems and plantar faciitis. But I only see James when I am in pain. He calmly deals with my 'end of the world' position, "Will I ever walk again? Do I need to buy a wheelchair?" Then he just focuses on my problem. A month ago, I was struggling to walk from my lounge to the kitchen. Three treatments later and I am fully mobile and pain-free. Great value, very friendly staff, so it is a big thank you from me. After a year of back problems that started to impede me in everyday life and were so bad I was unable to garden any more, I was referred to one of the physios, Mukul Kaushik. He assessed and quickly diagnosed the cause and over the next few weeks different treatments were applied at consultations and I carried out the suggested exercise regimen at home. I cannot express my appreciation now that I no longer have the pain. I can work in my garden again. He has literally given me back the things I'd missed that had lowered my outlook on life. My chiropractor Andy is amazing he has helped with my long road on recovery.
