I have recently completed a course of treatment for a long-standing calf problem. I am 64 years old and having experienced the problem so often over many years, I was on the verge of giving up running altogether. From the outset, Ford Miller at PhysioKinetic was very reassuring that he could help and quickly established how the complex injury history of my left leg was impacting the calf problem. His diagnosis and subsequent rehab programme quickly improved the injury and renewed my confidence that I could continue to run if I wished to.
