MLD - Manual Lymphatic Drainage  
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) used in the managment of Oedema (fluid swelling), Lymphoedema and Lipoedema symptoms.
Vacuum / cupping massage therapy  
A light, gentle, calming therapy designed to improve the functioning of the lymphatic system, which contributes to healthy body tissue + the body's immune responses. Assists in the management of Oedema and Lymphoedema, but can also help a variety of other chronic health related conditions. Can be used as a preventative measure to enhance general health and well being. Reduces fluid congestion from swollen ankles to puffy eyes, and encourages the body's healing process of burns, wounds, scar tissue and acne. Can aid during a detox programme, clear skin and support the body during healing. Pauline qualified in MLD/CDT with the Dr Vodder Schule, Austria, and is a registered practitioner with MLDuk.
Indian Head Massage  
Massage to the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. Good for headaches, eye strain, and physical and/or emotional stress. Relieves physical/mental fatigue; tense aching neck and shoulder areas; promotes clearer thinking and improved concentration. Enhances circulation to the skin, hair & scalp, encouraging cell regeneration, promoting healthy hair growth.

I have been treated by James Rousseau for various issues over the past twenty years - Back problems and plantar faciitis. But I only see James when I am in pain. He calmly deals with my 'end of the world' position, "Will I ever walk again? Do I need to buy a wheelchair?" Then he just focuses on my problem. A month ago, I was struggling to walk from my lounge to the kitchen. Three treatments later and I am fully mobile and pain-free. Great value, very friendly staff, so it is a big thank you from me. I cannot recommend James highly enough. Do not hesitate.
