I have just had my 1st sports massage with Matt after suffering headaches and tension, and I must say - it/he was impressive. He's obviously very knowledgeable and experienced, but also a thorough professional, and really puts you at easy. I've booked 3 further appointments and feel sure he will sort the problem. I have been treated by James Rousseau for various issues over the past twenty years - Back problems and plantar faciitis. But I only see James when I am in pain. He calmly deals with my 'end of the world' position, "Will I ever walk again? Do I need to buy a wheelchair?" Then he just focuses on my problem. A month ago, I was struggling to walk from my lounge to the kitchen. Three treatments later and I am fully mobile and pain-free. Great value, very friendly staff, so it is a big thank you from me. I cannot recommend James highly enough. Do not hesitate.
