On-going adjustments, massage and consultation. I've been suffering for over 30 years with chronic pain down my left shoulder and arm. Having tried many other forms of treatment including physio, acupuncture and massage, I thought I would give chiropractic care a go. "Wow!" Results in my first treatment session! I was and still impressed by the friendly staff, the care and service by my chiropractor and having been a long-term patient due to the nature of my health concerns. I found William to be empathetic, clear and knowledgeable. Although new in his career, I find that I trust William and the clinic and believe they bring about fabulous results for me. I recently visited Dr Austin after I put my back out at work. My mum recommended him because she suffered from a bad back for 3 years and after she visited him, he changed her life as she no longer suffers from a bad back! After my first session, I felt almost back to normal. He discussed my problem and gave me some stretches to do. I have since been twice more and my back is pretty much back to normal! I’m so grateful to Dr Austin as I was in a lot of pain. He also made me feel really at ease at every session. The sessions are affordable and worth it if you are suffering from a bad back! I enquired initially online. Within 24 hours, I received a phone call. They offered a consultation, which could have been the same day if I could have attended. I opted for the following day. The consultation took five minutes and I was booked in for treatment two days later. Treatment has now taken place, which took no more than ten minutes and for less than I expected. I would recommend to others. I'm yet to see if the treatment has worked and was told I may require a second treatment, which I do not mind at all as even with the two, I would have expected to pay more for one.

Excellent advice based on relevant personal cosmetic issues, various options, costs and longevity discussed. Once choice made all aspects of treatment both good and downsides were explained. I had a jowl problem and after discussion opted for “thread lift therapy”. It is still early days, yet (1week) and I am absolutely delighted with the results so far and am told it will only get better! Visited 3 different clinics chose Esteem because although they were the most expensive they also offered the best choice of treatments. Staff are very professional and they were the only clinic that discussed various options for my problem. I felt complete confidence in their advice and their ability to carry out treatment to very high standards. Aftercare also second to none.
