Having qualified for Swedish Massage in 2004 and aromatherapy and reflexology and 2008, I have developed my own massage techniques for releasing tension from clients' bodies. I encourage relaxation with a lovely heated couch, woodburning stove and peaceful music. Some reflexology is included in massage and I aim to balance and calm the body and mind. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - release traumas and stress from your body through tapping on the Meridian points of the upper body.
