I have been to Gar for many years... the first time for a locked neck joint which he successfully released. Subsequently, I have been to him for maintenance, every couple of months, of my aging neck and upper back joints. (If left my neck begins to seize and give tingling arms. At 75 I still ride a road bike and live life to the full!) Gar is very professional, friendly, well informed and I always depart feeling relaxed with improved movement. His rate is of great value and would thoroughly recommend him for acute and chronic problems.

I've been seeing the physiotherapist, Dan, for the last few weeks. He gave me treatment and exercises to do at home for my legs, arms and back. None of these were exhausting or difficult, but highly effective. You can do them at your own pace to fit in with your lifestyle, which is ideal when you're getting older. I'm finding daily duties in the home and garden much easier. The programme has increased my over all strength and stamina and proves it isn't always inevitable to give in to getting older. It's greatly reduced incidences of back pain which can be so debilitating, by strengthening those muscles and has succeeded where other therapies have not. It's a real game changer. Of course, he's very professional and pleasant and the surroundings are bright and clean.
