I am so happy I have found the clinic! I have received physiotherapy treatment from Kasia at Moorgate for my Achilles tendon. Following a serious injury and operation I was struggling to walk and enjoy life. Kasia looked after not only the tendon but my wound which was healing very slowly as well. That helped me a lot, not only physically but mentally as well. She related to my needs and provided constant encouragement and motivation for me to achieve my goals. A combination of physiotherapy sessions and her exercise plan helped me to make a progress and significantly had an impact on ability to walk and be more and more active. After each session, I could feel the benefit and combined with the exercise my condition improved. Kasia is knowledgeable, offers an individual approach, good listener. Superb care and personal service with a high level of professionalism from her. Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.
