FRating from 1 Review For me it was good value because it gave me peace of mindMrs, UK, 12 Aug 16

My treatment was a shingles vaccination, I recently had a very bad attack of shingles in April 2015,and am still experiencing some of the symptoms from it.Dreading the thought of having it again,I decided to have private treatment, as the waiting list was another 2- 3 years. For me it was good value because it gave me peace of mind. A friendly welcome, and the clinic looked very clean and proffessional,The doctor was very nice and she explained everyhing very clearly and reassuringly.

FRating from 1 Review Feels good to be looking after number one for a changeDebbie, Southampton, 04 Apr 16

Full investigation, never even knew my neck would impact on tennis elbow. Through and gentle massage/ physio, treated like a person. (Not like NHS services). Pricing and treatment plan thoroughly explained. No real waiting area at easy gym, stared at by gym goers . Sat there, waiting. And the smell of the gym. Unpleasant. Otherwise excellent from first email enquiry to treatment plan. Feels good to be looking after number one for a change.

Rating from 8 Reviews I couldn't recommend Matt and inspired highly enoughCraig, Southampton , 27 Jan 15

I went to see Matt at inspired sports therapy after sustaining a neck injury at work, I was in excruciating pain for over a week and I knew this was the only clinic to be treated at! With Matts professional attitude, years of experience and pin point diagnosis after just one hour session, the next morning I completely pain free! I couldn't recommend Matt and inspired highly enough. Absolute legend of a guy and a real genuine care for his clients.

Physiotherapist Consultation £40  -  £60
This is the first time we meet. Most people are a bit nervous but there's nothing to be worried about we don't bite. It's a good idea to wear shorts and a lose training top if male, and shorts and strapless top if female. This enables us to have a good look at your spine and posture if needed. However for some treatments and assessments we may ask you to remove your top, this enables us to better asses the condition or injury. Assessment: This first takes the form of a detailed chat, where we gather all the important information about your condition and any related information that could prove useful in treating you. This includes your past medical history and the history of your injury. We then move on to more physical assessment, looking at posture, functional movements, muscle tests, ligament stability tests and neuromuscular (nerve) tests where appropriate.Diagnostic: All the information gathered from the assessment is then used to formulate a diagnosis (we tell you whats wrong). We will then give you some treatment options and advise you on how working together we intend to treat the injury/condition. We will also give you a time frame for recovery. Rehabilitation: Depending on your condition rehabilitation may become a large part of your recovery. We will give you the tools, understanding and guidance to manage your injury.
Deep Tissue Massage £25  -  £60
Sports massage is a great way to keep the muscles of the body in balance. When we move we produce frictions within the muscles of the body, these muscles get damaged and the normal movement of the body system is impaired. Sports massage is used to re-align muscle fibers, thus reducing friction and damage to the muscles. This promotes tissue regeneration enabling faster recovery from activity.
