I had a positive experience

4.5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I've had problems with my shoulder for months and Sally was very understanding about all of it and after a consultation and examination of my shoulder which we both suspect is early stage frozen and also my upper back was painful. Sally thought it could be a combination of both as all the muscles around my thoracic spine were very tight.

After two lots of physio treatment on my back,it has helped the pain in my shoulder, I have more movement now and will continue to practice the recommended exercises by Sally to enable me to have more shoulder movement. Sally is friendly and understanding and also very approachable, flexible and gave good sound advice. I would recommend Sally and feel it was good value.

I chose this clinic because it was local and convenient. My visit was positive with a nice friendly lady who puts you at ease and who was very understanding and knowledgeable, giving good advice.

Sally Hayter

I am a Physiotherapist who qualified from Brunel University in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy. I began my career working within the Portsmouth area and quickly specialised in musculo-skeletal conditions, working in and around the area ever since. I am a member of the following organisations: * CSP * HPC * AACP * Physio2u This ensures that my clients receive the highest quality treatment and care carried out by a therapist who follows a professional code of conduct and has full liability insurance. I have worked in Bishops Waltham for the last eight years, previously at 'Reform' and have a large existing and regular client base with many returning customers. Currently, I am still working in the NHS part-time in the Fareham area as a senior physiotherapist. I am responsible for students and junior staff members and this ensures that I am completely up to date with medical advances. I gained my acupuncture qualification in 2001 and use it as an adjunct to other physiotherapeutic techniques. I am also working towards a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine and would like to further my knowledge by completing this and using it towards a Masters qualification. I am constantly striving to increase my knowledge base and skill levels to provide the best, most effective levels of treatment and all round care. I have a particular interest in chronic pain conditions such as M.E. and Fibromyalgia, and have worked with many patients helping them to both recover from an acute episode and also to reach their maximal potential recovery.
