Real-time ultrasound allows the 'core' muscles to be seen on screen during treatment sessions, ensuring the exercises are performed correctly and this is provided to our clients at no extra cost. Alan Taylor is one of the few physiotherapists that actually work on your problem as opposed to simply printing - or worse - emailing you a list of exercises. I have been going to him for many years with different issues and he has successfully treated each problem with care, compassion and supreme professionalism. So much so that I recommended him to a surgeon in York who is now using him for his patients. Highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with the makeover of the building of Total Health. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first visit was free whilst Neil assessed my needs as he explained what the main issue was and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do which was explained and was given a printed instructions and pictures to follow. I had 3 visits to Neil who was friendly and professorial at all times. I was also advised of items to purchase to help with my issues. I would recommend Neil to anyone.
