I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!

I've used this clinic regularly, and the service was very good. First set of treatments was for shoulder pain, which hasn't bothered me since. Second set of treatments was for lower back pain, which was harder to treat. But they gave me diet, exercise and lifestyle advice which helps manage symptoms.

Went to see Mark and my tennis elbow was diagnosed immediately. Fantastic friendly service, easy to book. James was also very good from previous injuries. Definitely recommend.

I would like to thank Eve for making me feel immediately at ease. She was very thorough and took her time to get to the root of the problem. I feel the exercises she has given me to do are making a difference already. All in all, a very positive experience. I shan’t hesitate to make a follow up appointment should it be necessary.

During the Virus I need help with my very painful knees, so why did I wait so long to ask for help from Dean So have had two physio video calls and very helpful have a collection of exercises then Dean looks at them and we discuss what the next step is

I have been so pleased to become one of Caroline Morrish's patients. She has set me on the right road to recovery. She came again today and I have booked a further appointment for 7th December.
