My intention is not to run a conveyor belt chiropractic practice. Rather, I aim to create an atmosphere of trust through a confident, friendly approach, giving time to listen, advise and treat, therefore providing a safe and natural health are for the whole family. This will lead to a long relationship between patient and doctor. I treat every patient in the way that I would want to be treated myself, and I always remember and respect the fact that you have put your trust in me.The clinic is situated on the ground floor for easy accessibility and there is plenty of car parking. Appointments are available out of normal working hours as well as on Saturdays.Every new patient that attends the clinic will receive a follow up courtesy call, usually within 24 hours of their first appointment, to make sure any questions or queries are answered. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. So when you personally recommend a friend, family member or work colleague to me, as a sign of my appreciation, you will receive a €10 voucher to use towards your next appointment.

Just completed 3 sessions for lower back pain & stiffness, was in the hands of ... May I say .... A very young but extremely professional guy Enda. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... Hand on heart, from the first session, I could feel a difference and freedom of movement in my lower back that I haven't felt in a long long time. For someone who self-adjusts several times a day without relief as I caused hypermobility with some of my vertebrates and immobility in others. From early in my career I began practicing and teaching yoga and pilates and began to develop a holistic approach. This led me to studying craniosacral therapy and later visceral manipulation and somatic movement education. Most recently I've been delving deeply into study of trauma and the Nervous System as it is so involved in any chronic health problems.  As a result I have a very holistic approach that is suited both to acute injuries and chronic longstanding problems. My main interests are women's health (pelvic health/pre and post natal) and pain.  Holistic bodywork sessions will usually address body parts away from the site of pain because of the interconnectness of the fascial system.  I also teach  yoga and workshops/courses on pelvic health and the nervous system.
