I’m a firm believer in the art and craft of chiropractic care, and Dr. Alison Anderson’s methods did not disappoint. I was soon able to walk my dogs and bend down without the fear of collapsing. Initial consultation free, thorough collaborative chat and felt very at ease throughout. Had deep tissue laser therapy for post fusion surgery. After many years of pain due to a bad physio experience, I was recommended Portobelloe Physios. Brendan came to my rescue with very caring and demanding exercises. "Motion is Lotion," he said and it was true the proper motion of course! Now I have to manage my pain and Brendan has devised a plan of exercise for maintenance.
