Had a knee injury in October. A friend recommended Vicki Harvey. She has taken the time to understand my problem and listen. My treatment was beneficial and the advice given was appropriate in helping me get moving better although I may need surgery at a later date. Thank you

Physio sessions have helped me enormously. Between Sakshi and Zena, we have finally got to the bottom of what's causing pain in my shins after many years of putting up with it. Between them they've reduced the pain, given me rehab exercises, and explained the biomechanical issue with diagrams and videos of how I move. Rachel is now helping me with rehab exercises. All in all, I am very grateful to have access to such a knowledgeable team.

Following two months of highly successful alternative treatment for excruciatingly painful bone spurs on both heels of my feet (that had curtailed all my sporting activities for the previous 6 months), incredibly, it enabled me to cancel my pre-booked conventional surgery. Following this treatment, I was then referred to Perfect Balance to strengthen my achilles, calf and gluteal muscles which had become severely weakened and had effectively incapacitated me. This required a full-blown physio programme to restore strength to the lower body. Mohini @ Perfect Balance was both highly professional and a joy to work with - devising me a series of ever-changing physio sessions that brought an improvement way beyond my initial expectations.
