Perfect Balance Clinic - Hatfield

Rachel has been my Physiotherapist following 2 separate robotic-assisted knee replacements earlier this year.
Her expertise, positivity & encouragement has guided me to an excellent outcome with greatly increased mobility. It has enabled me to move freely & pain-free so I can enjoy many of the activities which were denied to me prior to my surgery & underline the importance of the correct pre & post-operative preparation for surgery.
I have great confidence in Perfect Balance to do this.

Shereen was friendly professional and engaging, I was immediately put at ease during my gait scan as she seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. She has great energy and enthusiasm! I highly recommend her.

Shereen: what can I say except thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. You have very patiently explained about every treatment/massage you have given me over the past six months or so. As a result after many years of agony I have virtually no lower back pain, and the long term arthritic pain in my knee joints has also subsided. I can now walk properly and go upstairs much easier.

I have always found the treatment rooms and reception areas to be kept very clean and tidy, and welcoming.

Selene is a very experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist. She has achieved fantastic results for me through her diagnosis, active management, and advice on changes to gym activity.

I came to see Caitlin, she was very good, described and showed me some exercises. She listened to my concerns and reassured me that my condition would get better.
The clinic staff were all welcoming and the clinic was nice and clean.

I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder blade and was in absolute agony, I popped into Perfect Balance on the off chance someone could see me. Thankfully Caitlin could see me an hour later. She was fab, massaged the area and gave me exercises.

I have been going to PBC since it opened many years ago and would recommend the Clinic to everyone suffering from aches and pains rather than opting for surgery immediately.

I am currently having physio with Muhammad Ali who has been truly knowledgeable with my symptoms. The treatment and exercises given are amazing and totally based on my individual needs. During our Sessions Muhammad makes me feel at ease with treatments, he is very friendly, and his professionalism is best to none!

I am waiting for a hip replacement like so many and have been seeing Muhammad for physio to help with mobility and pain management. After a thorough initial assessment Muhammad has provided a highly effective course of treatment which has helped me to remain mobile, improve pain levels and carry on doing the things that I enjoy.

This involved advising about appropriate levels of exercise and what would be effective and what I should advise, a bespoke exercise plan and regular ‘hands on’ treatments for misled release and mobility. Muhammad has been totally professional throughout my sessions with him and I would recommend both him and Perfect Balance.

Chiropodist was very professional.receptionist did not talk to us at all felt sterile to me. Seems a top end price I was glad I had a discount Flyer
