My mother has been having treatment from Ruth. I find that the professionalism as well as the friendly yet good quality service that she receives from Indergaard I would happily recommend them. Ruth makes certain that she understand both what she is doing, why and what needs to do in between sessions. I am waiting for a hip replacement like so many and have been seeing Muhammad for physio to help with mobility and pain management. After a thorough initial assessment Muhammad has provided a highly effective course of treatment which has helped me to remain mobile, improve pain levels and carry on doing the things that I enjoy. This involved advising about appropriate levels of exercise and what would be effective and what I should advise, a bespoke exercise plan and regular ‘hands on’ treatments for misled release and mobility. Muhammad has been totally professional throughout my sessions with him and I would recommend both him and Perfect Balance.
