James fit me in as a new patient at very short notice as I was in a lot of pain. Treatment worked well. Will book again.

I was referred to Mr Yiapanis due to a combination of things. An old sports injury flared up in my knee and I was experiencing post-pregnancy core weakness that resulted in constant back and sacrum pain. Mr Yiapanis proved to be knowledgable, resourceful, motivating and very empathetic. He explained the source of my pain well and was able to make suggestions, lifestyle-wise and daily activity level-wise that were realistic given my busy days as a mother. Most of all he was able to help me realize that only with maintaining muscle strength i.e. core and muscles around the knee will I be able to keep the pain away. I still do my workouts that he suggested fairly frequently, my pain very rarely flares up mildly now when I neglect my exercises for longer periods of time. I am confident in recommending Mr Yiapanis to anyone needing a knowledgable, trustworthy and professional Physical Therapist.

Philip identified and treated a longstanding lower back and left leg pain in one session! After 4 months and following Phillip's recommendations, I'm back to my callisthenics routines, with no lower back or leg pain. Thank you Phillip, fantastic job!

I was very impressed with the makeover of the building of Total Health. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The first visit was free whilst Neil assessed my needs as he explained what the main issue was and we agreed on a treatment plan. I was given exercises to do which was explained and was given a printed instructions and pictures to follow. I had 3 visits to Neil who was friendly and professorial at all times. I was also advised of items to purchase to help with my issues. I would recommend Neil to anyone.

Sarah has taken the time to discuss the problem. Thereafter, she developed exercises and strategies to assist in the rehabilitation of my back. Great work Sarah!

I have been using Physioflex for some time now and because of this, I am feeling optimistic that I will be able to continue my work as a gardener for longer even though I am well past retirement age. I find them to be really good communicators, informative, helpful and friendly.
