I saw Emily for my arthritic knees. What a great experience. Emily was knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything to me and used a variety of techniques to loosen up my knees - although it is early days I feel she has already helped.

I have been in pain, in my hip and back for 2 years. The treatment I had in just one session has been fantastic, beyond anything I could hope for. I am out of pain. I had a previous injury that I had almost forgotten about, but this was found to be the likely cause. It was amazing how he knew I had been hurt in another part of my body. Fantastic thanks! Having never been to an Osteopath before, I was a little daunted but having tried other options unsuccessfully I visited Paul in Havant. My neck had seized up and I was finding it difficult to sleep, drive or move my head without intense pain. He immediately put me at ease, really listened and took the time to assess me properly. He has taken a holistic approach to my treatment and although I'm not yet totally pain free (probably more to do with age than anything else) I feel we are getting there and I have far more movement without pain than I did before. I would definitely recommend.
