My first visit to the Norwich Osteopathic Clinic and I felt that the precautions taken with regard to Covid were first class. Treatment was also excellent with Jimmy taking great care to limit any discomfort from which I was suffering as he carefully assessed and treated my lower back pain. I went to NCR Osteopath on the basis of a referral from a friend. I had pain in my upper back and I had been to two separate physio therapists who did not give me relief. After just two visits to this clinic I woke up feeling a significant reduction in pain. I continued the exercises that were prescribed to me and I'm over a year pain free now. Sacha is extremely friendly and if you nervous about going he will make you calm with his energy in seconds. I can not recommend him enough, if your suffering any injury / pain then don't hesitate to make a booking.
My treatment from Ingrida for significant back pain was outstanding. Her knowledge was impressive, her array of different techniques showed a deep understanding of the human body and how it responds, and her passionate professionalism has left a strong memory. Time was against us as I’m a traveler passing through Porto, but in three sessions she has helped me make real progress in pain reduction and increased mobility. Ingrida is a treasure within the Osteopathy treatment profession, and I would absolutely recommend her services. I am only sad, that time did not allow for a couple more sessions. Having seen a few osteopaths and chiropractors over the years I must say Huw is the best of them. Knowledgeable, good at explaining what your body is doing and most importantly, giving useful exercises to help in the long term. He helped identify my neck issue and I could see immediate improvements after 1st visit. I used to work with him over 20 years ago at Blackbrook Sports Centre, so his experience in this field is decades old and it shows. As is the case with all specialists, the session price is not cheap at £55, but to be pain free or more mobile is worth every penny. If you are struggling with ongoing issues, and need a series of visits, look into a health plan to help cover costs, I use Simplyhealth but there are others and Huy can advise if needed.
My experience with this Dr was amazing I saw him in 2017 for the first time I was very stressed and overworked and in alot of pain from driving. Dr Ashburner was very happy to help me and relieve me from my pain. I saw him again last month with pain all over in my body. There were times I would limp into his room and leave with no pain walking normal. Dr Ashburner helped me with stress, fatigue and all my aches and pains I can now wear any shoes I want because I know my Dr will sort me out. I have great belief in Dr Ashburner and just to add he doesn't use no medication and machines only his bare hands. I'm indeed very grateful to be his patient. Amazing Guy.
