He has always had an interest in sports injuries and performance development. He has worked in health & performance for the last 10 years, running his own osteopathic clinics in London since 2007, having gained his degree from the British School of Osteopathy. Hub is the exciting culmination of the beliefs developed over the last 10 years. With a keen interest in sports injuries, nutrition and strength and conditioning, Tom has developed a special interest in working with and developing adolescent athletes and patients. In his spare time Tom stills loves all sports and is still fiercely competitive!

She graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) and has since become a Fellow of Applied Functional Science after completing the prestigious GIFT mentorship programme from the Gray Institute, USA. She has a real passion for Osteopathy and a special interest in the assessment and treatment of Sports Injuries and functional biomechanics, as well as a thorough know;edge and experience base of working with pre and post natal women. She uses hands on soft tissue massage, joint manipulation and articulatory techniques including pain free joint movement reprogramming and functional exercise rehabilitation catered to each client’s individual goals. She also incorporates Medical Acupuncture for pain relief, and individual nutritional supplementation and lifestyle advice, encouraging optimum health and recovery.
