Osteopath London Bridge and Waterloo - Osteopathic Clinic in the UK

Osteopath London Bridge and Waterloo

41 Snowsfields, Snowsfields Wellness, London, SE1 3SU
Founded on the principle of enabling people to have a better state of health, not just treating symptoms. A small, friendly family osteopathic practice based in Waterloo and London Bridge. The practice is single handed and ran by me (Ben Adams).  I specialize in classical and cranial osteopathy, both of these approaches focus on treating the whole body, not just the bit that is painful. As this practice focuses on health and not just ease of symptoms a comprehensive case history is taken, dietary and lifestyle and postural advice are a very important part of the consultation process.  I'm passionate about osteopathy and believe it can help almost anyone have a better quality of health. I look forward to hearing from you if you are interested in this approach. Ben Adams B.Ost

Back Pain Treatment
Osteopathy is traditionally known for its effectiveness for the treatment of back pain. Osteopathic manipulation or thrust technique for releasing joint problems is a swift and painless movement, which can be effective in freeing a joint. In most cases, it reduces the pain and restriction almost immediately.
CST - Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is so gentle that it is suitable for babies, children, and the elderly, as well as adults; and also in fragile or acutely painful conditions. As a whole-body therapy, treatment may aid almost every condition, raising the vitality and enabling the bodys own self-healing process to be utilised.

They are always friendly and respectfulLoreen, UK, 11 08 18

I have chronic lower back pain. Without my back brace, I would not have got to the clinic. With some manipulation, popping and exercise to do at home, I came away feeling a little better. Can't wait for the next appointment. They are always friendly and respectful. I highly recommend.
