Always feel very energized after my sessionJacob, UK, 07 11 16

I come regularly to Emma for treatment in order to keep my body (especially back) in shape and keep me away from aches and pains usually caused by my work! She has a very wide range of approaches and always tailored her treatment to my presentation. I managed my stress and energy levels better too now and always feel very energised after my session with her! Natureworks is very clean and a nice environment to be treating in.

I have had seven treatments so far and feel so much betterTom, UK, 29 04 17

I went to Elite osteopathy due to recurring symptoms of dizziness and a foggy headed feeling. I also suffered from tension and stiffness in my neck, but didn't previously think these two problems could be linked. Gugan explained that my spine was misaligned and curved at the bottom, which was manifesting as tension and inflammation further up my spine and in my neck. It was suggested I have eight sessions to gradually re-align my spine and neck and get me back to normal. I have had seven treatments so far and feel so much better, the dizziness I previously experienced has almost disappeared, my posture has naturally improved and the tension and strain on my neck has also got a whole lot better. You can't put a price on your health, I feel so much better and the treatment is more than worth the money. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming

Paediatric Osteopathy £50 - £95
Osteopathy for the baby and during childhood is extremely important for the growing child. Osteopathic techniques applied appropriately and gently can remove or reduce leftover strain patterns within the child's cranium and musculoskeletal system. It can reduce the appearance plagiocephaly and facial asymmetry and it is known to help reduce and relieve colic symptoms. In the growing child, the effects of sport can sometimes take its toll and can lead onto dysfunctions such as Osgood-Schlatters syndrome or Juvenile Arthritis. Eliminating the effects of trauma within the growing spine and skeleton removes potential early joint degeneration in the child and also encourages a healthy adulthood.

Physically I also feel better than I have done in yearsKatrin, UK, 18 12 17

I saw Laura Jones for anti-aging cosmetic acupuncture treatment which I highly recommend. My skin is smoother, firmer and plumper and I now get complimented on my skin all the time. It has given me a new lease on life and the lifestyle and dietary advice have made me rethink my approach to health and wellbeing, so physically I also feel better than I have done in years. Thank-you! Great location and friendly staff.
