Osteopathic techniques applied appropriately and gently can remove or reduce leftover strain patterns within the child's cranium and musculoskeletal system. It can reduce the appearance plagiocephaly and facial asymmetry and it is known to help reduce and relieve colic symptoms. In the growing child, the effects of sport can sometimes take its toll and can lead onto dysfunctions such as Osgood-Schlatters syndrome or Juvenile Arthritis.
