Tracey Cambridge qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1997 and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council. She has post graduate training in Paediatric Osteopathy and Cranial Osteopathy and worked at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London from 1999 to 2002. She has experience treating a wide range of infant and childhood conditions and now works from her home in East Grinstaead. Her practice is devoted to the treatment of babies, small children and their mums.

Dip Sports Injuries APNT GOsC registered Osteopath No.7221 My approach to treatment is a blend of structural and functional osteopathic techniques as well as Sports Injury management which includes a continual biomechanical assessment to measure your progress. The practice has a special interest in the management and treatment of Shoulder and Knee injuries as well as chronic and acute back problems. Treatment is as individual as you and I can offer additional exercise and conditioning advice to aid recovery and help avoid future injury. Dry Needling Acupuncture, Kinesiology Taping, Ultra sound and Interferential Therapy (IFT / IFC) are available to complement treatment sessions. The practise is family orientated and I have clients of all ages and backgrounds as well as athletes from novices to elite level. I offer a 12 week Fertility Coaching Programme where together we first explore the overwhelm of how you are feeling about your fertility journey. Then, I can teach you how you can use your emotions to guide you towards making life choices and help you to enjoy your life again. This is a step by step dynamic emotional healing and life empowerment journey led by someone who has been in your shoes and who ‘gets it’.
