Sports massage helped with general stiffnessCathy, UK, 21 07 15

I'm a parkrunner - in the 'trying to be more active' category - and have been going for a year or so to Philly at Sudio57 for sports massage and for help with general muscle stiffness, strains and rehabilitation. The clinic has distinctly sporty leanings but still welcoming and encouraging to all comers! Philly is excellent: knowledgeable, thorough, and has helped me with a number of issues now. I would, and do, recommend her.

I have treatment to relieve my migraines this is two fold with Ben & Laura. I cant thank them enough for how they help me to function each day. Having treatment is the best decision I ever made. there really is no need to suffer in silence. A good Chiropractor like Ben and the team can help sort out the cause of the pain and do something positive and effective about it. Good health and wellbeing is priceless. . The costs are competitive I found them to be the best. My previous clinic charged £90 per treatment so know I'm not being over charged. at £35 per session. I felt everything was checked out thoroughly from a medical point of viewChristine, UK, 13 11 18

I needed some quite urgent treatment on a sore instep before a trip to New York and had a couple of quick appointments with Physio For Life which was highly recommended by my son. The senior Physio I saw, Nathan Arnold was very good and patient as I explained a lot of my recent medical history which had a bearing on my condition. I felt everything was checked out thoroughly from a medical point of view and I received very good treatment which enabled me to cope with the many miles I covered whilst in New York. I chose this clinic on the recommendation of my son who had treatment and had also had a few massages there before & always received very good and courteous treatment.

Maria does a fantastic job! I came with a locked Jaw after about a week of it not opening after going to the doctors and dentist who couldn’t help. That night I slept well and quickly improvedGlyn, UK, 23 11 16

I was unable to sleep for three nights due to severe leg pains. I decided to try physiotherapy and got an appointment with Caroline on the day I phoned. The treatment was so relaxing and Caroline explained the problem and what she was doing in detail and with humour. That night I slept well and quickly improved from there. I was amazed at the speed of recovery and the only disappointment is that I don't have an excuse to go back Chose the clinic as my daughter had been using it and recommended it. Receptionist was friendly on phone and on arrival. Clinic was comfortable and pleasant. Caroline, the physiotherapist was friendly and thorough in getting background details and investigating the symptoms. The whole experience was relaxing and pleasant and the cure rapid

Starting to run pain free againEllie, UK, 16 06 15

I visited New Body Osteopathy due to injury I sustained during my marathon training. A friend at work recommended I visited Zoe. From the moment I met Zoe she really helped put me at ease, as I was so worried about not being able to do the marathon. Throughout the examination of my injury she made me feel very comfortable and always ensured I understood why she was performing certain tests on my knee, hip and ankle. I felt Zoe was very honest at the end of the treatment on the prognosis and I was very happy to hear that through a short course of treatments I should be starting to run again pain free, and with continuing rehabilitation exercises I should prevent the injury re-occuring. I can't thank Zoe and New Body Osteopathy enough for helping me! I have now been visiting New Body Osteopathy for the past two years, due the many sporting injuries I seem to keep sustaining! I have seen both Zoe and Paul and both and very professional and fantastic at what they do. The clinic is open into the evenings and Saturdays, which is very accommodating as I struggle to take time out of my working day.
