I got in touch with Alisher over whatsapp and he provided me with enough information for me to confidently commit to the procedure. I arrived in Istanbul and was provided with transport to and from the hotel and hospital. The procedure was performed as well as I could have hoped. Alisher and Dr. Uysal answered all my questions and were very transparent about the whole process. Everyone who I interacted with was professional and polite.

Wonderful staff. Dr Aksoy is the top professional. He is one of the best doctors I have ever known. The coordinator Berna is a wonderful person. She guided me through my whole IVF journey. Everyone in Dr Aksoy’s clinic is very nice, polite. They are so helpful. I strongly recommend this clinic.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group.
