I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. The process was very efficient and I was in the hands of very competent people. That the have a person to take care of foreign patients, is a brilliant idea. And Mr. Alisher Durdyyev was excellent. I was happy about everything I encountered here, and I'll be back in December.
