I have had the best services in this hospital. As a foreigner, I do not know the Turkish Language but a lady, Azra, from the hospital staff not only helped us in translation with the doctor and other staff but also guided us on every stage. I am really thankful to Miss Azra for her great support. The hospital is very neat and clean. All staff members are very humble and cooperative.

The staff also took care of me physically and emotionally, and they are very gentle. I'm glad I found them through a friend's cousin who had a baby through Jinepol's IVF treatment, Alhamdulilah. I got pregnant right away after the first embryo transfer, but lost it in 8 weeks. But the doctor didn't let me lose hope. I got pregnant again after the second transfer, and finally, my twin babies are home with me. It was not easy at the start, but they guided me through the issues. I have told everyone around me who wants a baby and is very hopeless with other institutes. I give them 1000000/10. I hope they keep doing this service the way they're doing it. Thank you Jinepol
