Omer’s kindness, patience, and professionalism were evident from the start. Despite the language barrier with the very kind Doctor who attended to me — since I couldn’t speak the local Turkish language and my kind Doctor who doesn’t speak English — Omer made communication seamless, making me feel completely understood and cared for. His calm and compassionate presence turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something far more manageable. As someone with thalassemia intermediate, I’ve undergone many transfusions over the years, but the level of care Omer provided really touched me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his genuine concern for my well-being left a lasting impression. I had the best treatment and I will recommend it 100%. I have received the best care when I was at the hospital. The surgeon and the hospital team were very friendly, they were looking after me and checking on me at all times. The procedure went very well I did not have any pain post-op. Overall I’m very satisfied with the results.
