A pre-treatment analysis ensures the massage can be tailored to your needs, for example you could be experiencing tightness in your back and arms or in your legs and feet. The main treatments I offer are - Back Massage (30 Mins Approx) – Focusses specifically on working out knots and stretching the muscles surrounding the shoulder blades, spine and lower back. Full body Massage (60 Mins Approx) – A relaxing all over massage which de-stresses and detoxifies the body.
