I booked an appoint with Becky form Back to Balance as I was having issues with my hip and groin. Becky gave me a thorough examination and suggested that she took X-rays of my hip. On the second appointment, Becky explained what the issue was and suggested a course of treatment. Becky was thorough with the treatment ensuring that the affected areas received special attention. Six weeks later, I can definitely notice the difference. Would I recommend Back to Balance? Without hesitation. Becky and her team are professional and care about the patients. I love Body & Soul. Always visit when I'm back in the UK, usually for a massage, or a manicure or to shape my eyebrows. Soothing music, yummy smells, warming tea and lovely staff. It's the ultimate spa pamper sesh. The massages are amazing: You're in safe hands with masseuses who know their anatomy and physiognomy and can dig safely into those sore and knotty bits. Jules is the best eyebrow shaper and tinter I've ever been to. I feel a million dollars after a visit. And my back feels ten year's younger. Highly recommend!

Having 'crashed' into the menopause like a mad person, I'd tried changing my diet, herbal remedies, exercising more but nothing stopped the horrendous hot flashes every hour, day and night. After 3 months of no proper sleep, I was desperate and thought I'd give acupuncture a try. Sceptical at first, I was really impressed with the time Judy took to discuss all my 'symptoms' and we decided to start with the night flashes as I was so sleep deprived. It was amazing! After my very first session, I didn't feel any different but the hot flashes seemed less severe and I slept for 5 hours which was heaven. I've since had two more and I hardly notice the flashes and have been sleeping for 8 hours solid every night. I feel more like my old self again. I can't thank Judy enough and I would definitely recommend her to anyone suffering from the menopause but doesn't want HRT. Worth every penny! I searched online for an acupuncturist near me and found Judy. She looked about my age and so I thought she would understand how dreadful the menopause can be for some people. She was very understanding, gave me plenty of time to talk and discussed the treatment. I found her very reassuring and genuinely interested in me. Her practice is very well presented and is quiet and peaceful and only a few minutes away. A very rewarding experience. Highly recommended.
