Highly recommend to any corporate professionals in Dublin 2 needing serious structural workChristian, Ireland, 16 06 26

was suffering from chronic lower back pain and tension headaches from long hours at my desk. I decided to book the Complete Recovery Pathway at Dublin City Osteopath, which is incredibly convenient to get to at Clifton House on Fitzwilliam Street Lower. Peter provided a thorough biomechanical assessment and targeted osteopathic adjustments that actually fixed the root cause of my postural strain, rather than just masking the pain. Highly recommend to any corporate professionals in Dublin 2 needing serious structural work."

- The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and well-being - The benefits of massage are both mind and body. It is rare that we take an hour to lie down, close our eyes and just be. - An hours peace and quiet away from ringing phones and demanding children has a definite restorative effect - aids lymphatic drainage, helps to release toxins. - massage will stimulate blood flow and help the release of those feel-good endorphins that make us feel smiley inside. - Touch also conveys a sense of caring, an important component in the healing relationship. - massage can be used to promote general well-being and enhance self-esteem, while boosting the circulatory and immune systems to benefit blood pressure, circulation, muscle tone, digestion, and skin tone.
Thai Massage from €50
Tradition Thai Massage is and ancient form of therapeutic healing. Its roots are in India where it was brought to Thailand over 2000 years ago by Ayurvedic doctors and Buddhist monks. It combines pressure, energy balancing, stretching and applied yoga exercises. Traditional Thai Foot Massage is a unique and powerful therapy. Using thumbs, hands and a wooden acupressure tool, massage is applied to the legs and feet through rubbing, kneading, stretching and vibration techniques. Pressure points are areas along the “energy lines” which are called “Sen Lines” in Thailand. By focusing on these Sen Lines, we work on Reflex or pressure points on the feet which correspond to various internal organs, through which life, energy, Prana, chi, or Ki flows. It is believed that blockages within the flow will result in pain, illness or disease. By working along the Sen Lines with pressure and by stretching the lines, blocked energy can be released and functions balanced. Tradition Thai Foot Massage can be effective in the relief of various dysfunctions and disease; but it is also a wonderful treatment to promote overall health and to provide a general sense of wellbeing, energy and revival.
Lomi Lomi Massage €60 - €90
Originating in Polynesia, Lomi Lomi massage is a complete healing system aimed at restoring balance and harmony within the body, mind and spirit. Also known as Kahuna Massage or Aloha massage this form of massage uses intuitive movement, breathing, rhythm and focused intention (positive focus of course).Lomi lomi massage has a depth to it that perhaps other massage techniques do not carry, in that Lomi also focuses in on an energetic level bringing awareness and healing to all parts of the self not just the physical ie) stress, worries, sadness - all of which can be focused on to be “massaged away” in a sense. There is a great deal of sacred healing with Lomi Lomi which the ancient Hawaiians in particular would have passed down through the generations, Lomi Lomi is more than a massage. The practitioner uses their forearms, hands and elbows in a deep dynamic flowing rhythm which has similarities with the waves of the ocean. Rhythmic techniques and intuition are great tools of the Lomi Lomi practitioner.Kahuna Massage is traditionally 1.5hours long and covers all systems of the body: circulatory / respiratory / lymphatic / digestive / nervous for example. The body is detoxified as the sweeping, long arm movements transfer the lymph around the body helping to clear out congestion and toxification. This massage can be both relaxing, pampering and quite deep in terms of strength depending on the clients own specification. The intent with which Lomi Practitioners work from is another important aspect, we are conscious to bring positive energy to our clients with an “open heart “ as working with anyone’s body should always be treated with the utmost care and respect. Aloha in Hawaii means so much more than Hello, Goodbye or even Love. It is a way of life. The same can be said for the Aloha / Lomi Lomi / Kahuna Massage…

Full Body Massage from €60
By far, the most popular benefit of Full Body Massage is that it is both relaxing and invigorating. It is an excellent way to help rid the body of tension and to achieve a sense of overall well-being. A standard Full Body session lasts for 60 or 90 minutes, and addresses most major muscle groups of the body. The session is usually performed on a soft massage table, in an environment that is meant to relax the recipient. The strokes of the massage relax individual muscles, while the overall experience eliminates mental stress.Sessions can target specific areas of pain like a sprained ankle, or they can be used to help manage the chronic pain that comes with conditions like arthritis. By using strokes that improve circulation and increase body-wide relaxation, the massage therapist can help make many painful conditions more bearable. The strokes of massage replicate the movements of the circulatory system. By performing the strokes toward the heart, massage drains metabolic waste from the limbs of the body. Massage can break up muscle adhesions and help promote the healthy healing of scar tissue. Swedish Massage uses strokes like cross-fiber friction to work out the kinks that can accompany injured muscles. These strokes help get rid of scar tissue and return the muscles to their normal, healthy state.

90 mins treatment Thai Yoga Massage Thai massage is a system of massage and manipulation developed in Thailand, and influenced by the traditional medicine systems of India, China, and Southeast Asia, as well as by Yoga. Practice The massage recipient changes into loose, comfortable clothes and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor. The receiver may be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, but deep static and rhythmic pressures form the core of the massage. The massage practitioner leans on the recipient's body using hands and usually straight forearms locked at the elbow to apply firm rhythmic pressure. The massage generally follows designated lines (Sen) in the body. Legs and feet of the giver can be used to fixate the body or limbs of the recipient. In other positions, hands fixate the body, while the feet do the massaging action.  A full Thai massage session typically lasts two hours or more, and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body; this may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking the knuckles, walking on the recipient's back, and manipulating the recipients body into many different positions. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the practitioner will adjust to fit each individual client. Benefits Most of us know that massage feels good; but therapeutic massage, such as Thai traditional massage, also provides relief to a multitude of specific health concerns. Therapeutic massage is part of an integrative care approach to many medical conditions An important element of Eastern medicine is the concept of life force or energy. In Yogic terms, it is referred to as prana, in Chinese it is called chi, and in Thai it is called loom. All are referring to the basic principle of life force ener
