After 20 years of using contact lenses can only describe the feeling as liberating, best I ever done for myself! Hospital is clean and modern, quite high standards. An organisation can be better or want to believe was only in my case, but have to address this if my feedback can improve services as I had a feeling talking to different people to organize my stay that made me feel quite uneasy. Hotel is just across the street, nice and clean comfortable rooms. Dr Dilek is absolutely amazing! Thank you for looking after me, I'm glad I have done it finally after long consideration, only regrets I have is why I haven't done it earlier! Would I recommend the clinic - definitely yes! This clinic was one of only two that offered me everything I wanted. I chose International Specialist Eye Centre because it was the closest to me, and my eye exam cost me the same price I’d seen online. Because it was just a basic check-up, I didn’t need any follow-ups. The clinic has a convenient, central city location. There was a long waiting period, but other than this, everything was fine. The staff were very cooperative and everything was done according to schedule.

I needed cataract surgery that was affordable. Dr Kumar provided this and so much more. Throughout the experience, I felt as if I was in the hands of a highly professional, caring and skilled surgeon. The surgery was performed under local anaesthesia; not something is usually done in the US. Having now experienced both styles of anaesthesia for this procedure (I had the other eye done in the US years ago with much better health insurance) I can say that two styles of surgery are equally stress-less. The savings factor was large. After calculating all the costs including travel, lodging and meals, I saved over $1000.00. The medical care was excellent and the value is tremendous. The clinic served as a basic office for Dr Kumar. The actual procedure was performed at a nearby speciality hospital (it seem all doctor offices are termed as clinics in India). The facilities are simple but equipped with all that is needed. The staff was very professional and caring. Not all spoke English but arrangements were made prior to my arrival to see that I always had English speaking staff to help me through the process.

An amazingly professional clinic. Lady at the front desk speaks English. Address on this website, however, is wrong. The location is actually in a mall plaza 8 minutes away.
