I had lens replacement. The hospital was so clean, the doctor was so polite, talked me through everything. He had to do tests, pre-op and operation. He never kept me waiting. His work was 10/10. The staff were lovely. I looked around for a bit to find the best eye surgeon in Turkey and believe me, I found him. His work was skilfully precise and bang on. I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

But from the start of the treatment until the last day everything went smoothly. Thanks to the amazing staff and doctors of Fizikon and specially Inci of PMC. I am truly thankful I came across PMC. Inci made it sure that everything was well taken cared of from hotel bookings, airport pick-up/drop-off and coordination in the clinic. Everything was made easy for us especially since it was our first time to come to Turkey. Highly recommended!
