I had my laser eye surgery with Risus Clinic, and I am happy with the service and treatment. I think coming from the UK, I expected more testing and more information than I was given, but the treatment went well.

I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

I had a hair transplant done from EsteCapelli in January this year. I am extremely happy with the results. It's way better than what I expected, the only regret I feel is why I didn’t do it before. Turkey was always my first option, but shortlisting from multiple options within Turkey was not easy initially. The reason why I started with EsteCapelli initially was because of the way James provided the initial estimate, while all the other clinics provided generic estimates. EsteCapelli was the cheapest among all. James was completely transparent and always set realistic expectations right from day 1. The hospitality was incredible, luxury commute from airport to hotel and hotel to hospital. Driver was always before time. The hotel was extremely comforting with excellent breakfast. The clinic experience was the best, the entire process was explained in the beginning and the doctors and nurses managed the process calmly.
