Qualified since 1999 in Clinical Hypnotherapy, gaining, certificate, diploma and practitiioners diploma in clinical hypnotherapy. I have been in practice since 2001 taking a break from 2008 to work as a Trainer Life Coach and study a Post Graduate course.

One to one sessions for hypnosis to quit smoking. Organisations can book a four week courses for employees.

Join in person or on Zoom how to meditate, or join one of our meditation groups. We will sending healing to each other and loved ones, at the group sessions.

I am qualified up to a masters level in reiki. Come and give your body and mind a treat, and tune out the world for an hour or so.Other techniques taught during your consultation, to help improve your health. I meditate for one hour+ each morning, and will send all reiki clients healing during this time. You also have the option to have your name added to a healing group list, so others around the world can send you healing.

Hypnotherapy is an effective treatment for a variety of issues. In order to assess the most effective treatment plan for you, you will be invited to attend an initial consultation, which lasts approximately 90 minutes. This will include an opportunity for you to experience hypnotherapy. Thereafter, sessions will last 60 minutes. All sessions are charged at £55.00.
