Holistic bodywork is a unique form of professional massage treatment.Its intention is to bring the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies back into alignment helping to alleviate any form of stress held in the body and mind.The treatment uses deep tissue massage, stretching techniques, acupressure, reflexology, indian head massage, healing work and sound helping to bring the body back into it’s natural state of being and health.Gisela is a fully licensed and practising massage therapist. She obtained her qualification in London and has over 10 years experience in the field. Gisela incorporates all her knowledge alongside massage to create this unique form of bodywork.Her work is tailored to suit each individual and it is her joy to assist others in becoming more aware of what their bodies communicate.

I had always been interested in healing throughout my adult life, but was not ready to explore it until recent years. Up until 2004, I worked in a job which held little stimulation for me and I lived mainly for  weekends. When I was made redundant in 2004 , I decided to use the opportunity to finally follow my dream. I began by studying Neuro-Muscular Therapy and Sports Massage, because of my keen interest in football, and enjoyed the courses immensely. During my first year as a qualified Neuro-Muscular therapist, I developed a strong interest in Reiki healing, and qualified as a Reiki and Seichim Master in 2007.  I found that many aspects of my life began to change in a positive way, and still continue to change. After completing all the levels of Reiki/Seichim, I went on to do further  energy work with Kathleen Milner (founder of Tera-Mai Reiki), including working with Sakara and Cahokia energies. While working part-time as a Sports Massage and Reiki therapist, I returned to College, this time to study Naturopathy. I was interested in learning in-depth about topics including Bach Flower Remedies, Tissue Salts and Iridology, so that I could integrate this knowledge into my Energy Healing and Sports Massage practice. In the recent years since I began to follow my heart, and to do what I truly loved, I have achieved more  than I had in all my years up to that point.
