I felt completely at easeTom, Ireland, 03 03 16

I was suffering from tennis elbow for a few months waiting for the pain to go. A friend recommended Perrine. The treatment was fantastic and Perrine was very calming and professional. I noticed the difference immediately. Before the treatment, picking up a cup of tea would hurt but now I'm back playing tennis. I can't recommend Perrine highly enough. I attended Perrine's clinic and found it clean, spacious, bright and modern. I had attended a different clinic a few years ago but found the room there too cold. With Perrine the room temperature was just right and I felt completely at ease.

Maria is very caring and gentle, yet provides a strong, thorough massageMarian, Ireland, 28 01 18

A whole new massage experience! Maria is very caring and gentle, yet provides a strong, thorough massage. Her facilities offer a clean, relaxing environment in which to escape the hustle and bustle. Maria carries out a consultation first to assess what your specific requirements are and any ailments you may have and then tailor the treatment to suit. The treatment was much more thorough than any other massage I have experienced and great value for money. I have attended her clinic twice and intend to return regularly.

It all worked out perfectly for meJohn, South Africa, 13 08 18

I’d heard good reports about this clinic. I’m very happy with the results of my rosacea treatment. They gave me a rundown of the whole procedure and quoted me over the telephone before the time. The three treatments I’ve had were sufficient. The clinic was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was explained thoroughly. They were really easy to talk to when I had questions. It all worked out perfectly for me. I’d definitely recommend Jardines Face and Body Clinic to friends and family.

Acupressure €10 - €40
Acupressure is a good alternative for anyone suffering from a phobia of needles as it follows the same principle as acupuncture. It works by stimulating the same acupuncture points on the surface of the body but instead of using needles, the practitioner will apply pressure with the hands. Acupressure is an effective method of improving blood circulation and repairing tissue damage throughout the body. Via nerve stimulation acupressure can induce relaxation and improve skin tone, ease tension in muscles and joints, repair facial lymph damage and generally tone the body. For this reason it is often used as a facial beauty therapy. Acupressure has also seen considerable success in curing insomnia, lessening fatigue and dispelling back and joint pain.
Holistic Health Consultation free
Holistic medicine is now used all over they world. What this means for you is that each part of your physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions are equally important an imbalances in any of these areas can contribute to illness. Holistic medicine considers a person’s mind and body, diet and exercise, lifestyle and relationships, work and leisure, achievements and problems. Whether you have a pain in your leg, a headache, or are suffering from stress Chinese Medicine follows the holistic principle. Chinese medicine states that illness results when there is disharmony in the body, or when something is out of balance. The concept of organs is different to that of Western medicine. In Chinese medicine organs are viewed according to their perceived functions, rather than literal functions. In Care Cure Clinics we say that the enlightened person eats when hungry and sleeps when tired. This means living in harmony with the energy of the seasons and with the particular requirements of mind and body, which empowers you to influence your own health destiny.
Reflexology up to €40
Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears that correspond to every organ gland and system in the body. By stimulating these reflexes, reflexology encourages deep healing and tranquil relaxation. This therapy is particularly beneficial for joint mobilisation, migraine, sinus, digestion, back problems and stress related conditions as it discharges negativity and stimulates the body’s own immune system for self-healing. It can also enhance general well-being so why not book yourself a treat and pop into your local Care Cure Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine for a soothing reflexology session. Sessions typically last about 35 minutes and prices vary with time allowed for treatment.

Acupressure €50 - €60
Acupressure [from Latin acus "needle" + pressure] is an alternative medicine technique similar in principle to Acupuncture. It is based on the concept of life energy which flows through "meridians" in the body.  I n treatment, physical pressure is applied to trigger points with the aim of clearing blockages in these meridians. Pressure may be applied by hand, by elbow, or with various devices. Acupoints used in treatment may or may not be in the same area of the body as the targeted symptom. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory for the selection of such points and their effectiveness is that they work by stimulating the meridian system to bring about relief by rebalancing Yin, Yang Blood and Qi (also spelled "chi"). This theory is based on the paradigm of TCM Many East Asian Martial Arts also make extensive study and use of acupressure for self-defense and health purposes (Tui Na). Martial artists regularly massage their own acupressure points in routines to remove blockages from their own meridians, claiming to thereby enhance their circulation and flexibility and keeping the points "soft" or less vulnerable to an attack.
Anxiety - Alternative Treatment €50 - €60
Have you considered massage for restoring balance and reducing anxiety? Not only will the treatment increase relaxation and relive physical symptoms related to experiencing anxiety; but we will use a systemic approach based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There was absolutely no pain, and it felt like more of a relaxing massageMarian, Ireland, 01 10 18

I had four sessions of acupuncture at this clinic. There was absolutely no pain, and it felt like more of a relaxing massage. Unfortunately, the treatment did not work. I discussed this with the therapist. It was for sciatica and nothing will actually cure this. My first impressions of the clinic were excellent. Each session lasted 45 minutes to an hour. Despite the fact that the treatment didn’t work, the therapist was excellent. I was rather nervous going in, but he really calmed me down. I actually started looking forward to the sessions. He’s marvellous. I’ve left reviews on Facebook and recommend several others.
