Arina began her studies of traditional Chinese medicine with the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland. At the same time she completed a Diploma in Chinese herbal Medicine and a Certificate in Tuina-Chinese medical massage. Having qualified as an Acupuncturist & Herbalist, she travelled to Nanjing in China where she did her post-graduate training in the International Acupuncture Training Hospital. Currently, she continues her studies with a Master degree in New Zealand’s School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine.   Arina is passionate about helping others with different conditions treated by acupuncture from musculoskeletal disorders to insomnia, anxiety or stress. Through the experience of studying, living in another countries and enthusiasm to foreign languages, her consultations are available in English, French, Polish and Russian. She is a member of AFPA (Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association) the oldest organisation responsible for the regulation of a Register of Acupuncturists established in 1987 and ETCMA (European Traditional Chinese Medicine Association). It is run by Malou Wang, a practitioner with over 20 years experience in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dublin and Shanghai. Having worked and trained in Chinese and Irish hospitals, Malou ensures a balance between Eastern and Western medicine in her practice. I, Bairbre, Ac. Licentiate. Ac. C. Ac (Nanjing) (M.A.F.P.A)  am a licensed Acupuncturist who initially trained for 3 years in the Professional Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland, training under the Foundation’s many distinguished doctors including Dr Lao Jin Huide of Lincoln University in my final year of training. Having qualified as an Acupuncturist, I travelled to China and undertook postgraduate training at Nanjing University’s International Acupuncture Training Centre at the TCM hospital of Jian Su Province, training under the hospital director, Dr Gu Zhaojun and Dr Qiao Wenlei of Nanjing University. As a registered member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association, I am strictly regulated and patients can be assured of receiving professional, ethical treatment. David is also continuing with his studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is half way through attaining his licence to practice Acupuncture.
