Anxiety is fear based, your nervous system has created this response from the cause and effect of past experiences. The first consultation is for me to take time to learn your history and understand how I can help you. I ask a lot of questions about your health, emotional well being, childhood and life story, (nothing too personal, just gives me an over view) and what your goals are? 1 1/2 hour session

I use Ericksonian Hypnotherapy in a peaceful guided meditation where new learnings take place in your unconscious mind effortlessly. Trance is a natural aspect of our consciousness and hypnosis amplyifies that state to allow transformation to take place.

All clients complete an initial detailed health questionnaire.  My aim is to find the CAUSE of your "dis-ease" not just prescribe stuff to cover it up.   Your chosen treatment type will obviously determine what happens.... however all treatments except massage will NOT involve undressing.
