Choosing a fertility clinic was an incredibly difficult decision for us, and we’re so grateful we found Ave Fertility. There is a war in Ukraine, but 97% of the time, it’s business as usual. We felt safe the whole time we were there. The reason we chose Ukraine is that we were priced out of America and Canada, and Ukraine’s legal system is extremely progressive by global standards and highly favourable towards intended parents. Yes, you take on some risk with the war, but we felt safe and secure throughout. From the very beginning, it never felt like a sales pitch. The first conversations were simply about understanding whether we were the right fit for each other, and that really stood out to us. It felt more like a partnership than a service. What impressed us most was how supported we felt throughout the entire journey. From the first engagement to arriving in Poland, travelling into Ukraine, and eventually getting back home with our baby, Ave Fertility guided us every step of the way. It genuinely felt like a concierge-style service. They were always there to help, communicate, and make sure we understood what was happening next. The team’s experience in the fertility and surrogacy space runs incredibly deep. We’re part of WhatsApp communities where intended parents share experiences, and through those conversations, we realised how fortunate we were. Many people experience major difficulties with agencies, but for us, the process with Ave Fertility was remarkably smooth and frictionless. Their network and expertise were outstanding. From legal support to expediting documentation and birth certificates, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We were honestly amazed at how quickly we were able to complete the process and leave Ukraine. Most importantly, after 10 years of trying to have a baby, travelling the world, visiting leading IVF clinics, and searching for answers, it was Ave Fertility that finally helped us achieve our dream of becoming parents. The surrogacy journey can be a bumpy one, with many ins and outs. However, thanks to the IVMED medical and family teams, our journey was almost entirely free of these hassles. What these teams are accomplishing during the difficult times Ukraine is facing is truly unbelievable. They are top professionals in both the medical field and customer management. When Ukraine joins the EU, many organisations and companies there (definitely IVMED included) will be setting new standards. We are truly grateful to these people, and based on our experience, we can confidently say this is clearly one of the best options in the world for infertility treatment. Highly recommended.

I visited the Victoria clinic for a fertility sperm test , so my wife and I could proceed with IVF. All the staff were very friendly, they were totally professional and all were in clinical uniforms, the clinic was very clean. My first language is English with a little spoken Ukrainian, The doctor came to see me and explained what the test involved and asked if l had any questions and that I understood. Once I had provided the sample, the doctor came and told me I could go and the results would be emailed to me the next day. I received my results the same day. I was able to send this to my IVF clinic for the doctor to review to inform me l had a healthy fertility. The cost of the test was ₴400, which is very low cost. The same test in my home country the UK with a private clinic costs up to £190 or ₴10,000. I am very happy with the treatment I received at Victoria and all the staff that helped me. Thank you.
