All the staff were very friendly, they were totally professional and all were in clinical uniforms, the clinic was very clean. My first language is English with a little spoken Ukrainian, The doctor came to see me and explained what the test involved and asked if l had any questions and that I understood. Once I had provided the sample, the doctor came and told me I could go and the results would be emailed to me the next day. I received my results the same day. I was able to send this to my IVF clinic for the doctor to review to inform me l had a healthy fertility. The cost of the test was ₴400, which is very low cost.
