She is more available than I would expect it, always answering fast and also, if necessary with double-checking with Dr Oksana. The service was very good too, they were helpful when booking the flight, they send me a driver at the airport who took me to the clinic (and back) and to the hotel. The prices are very reasonable and also the services they recommend to take. They don‘t seem to only make money but they really argue if something is necessary and also if NOT.as for example for me they said embryo glue is probably not necessary. And they were right: I got pregnant at the first trial. After all, they are very friendly, familiar and competent.
