From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Best decision we have made! Words cannot describe how much my husband and I loved this clinic we don't even know where to begin. Before we began the IVF process we were so nervous and didn't know what to expect but Jinemed exceeded our expectations. We would like to thank Tatiana (Tania) for her kindness, professionalism and patience. Last but certainly, not least I would like to thank our amazing doctor Dr Handan who was the perfect blend of intelligent, compassionate and strong. From the minute we stepped foot in her office all our worries were gone she truly is amazing. I requested an entirely female team and the team I got were truly the most wonderful team including the sweetest nurses I've ever met and will never forget. Everyone spoke really good English we felt right at home instantly. I'm happy to say that we are a Jinemed success story and I'll be coming back in the future.

Finding Dr Selim was one of the best moments in my IVF journey, the level of care and treatment received has been and continues to be outstanding. The 24-hour personal communication is exactly what I needed. Not having to wait anxiously for results or answers made the process so much easier. I believe my round was tailored to my individual needs and Dr Selim nurtured me when I came to him. He was happy to help me and supported my anxiety and own wishes always putting me first and in control of what was happening to me. The clinic was professional, clean and very welcoming. I do have to say another thank you to all the staff who are very nice people and in particular Sandra who stayed by my side and held my hand throughout my procedures. You will all hold a place in my heart. 💖
