Egg donation treatment for early menopause and low egg reserve. Initially referred by the clinic in Ireland. Found communication with Clinic Vistahermosa very professional. All appointments were very smooth, and I was provided with an English-speaking person so any questions could be answered. Had a number of IVF treatments, had our son on my very first treatment and four years later on our last attempt had our healthy baby girl. Did have five unsuccessful attempts in between. Very grateful to the clinic for helping me become a Mum twice over. Would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to anyone undergoing similar issues.

We transfer at blastocyst stage as standard and it has no cost for the patient. We can use Embryoscope to improve the selection of embryos before the transfer. If various attempts with in vitro fertilisation have failed and pregnancy just doesn’t seem possible, in certain cases, we can try and extend your embryo development in the culture to the blastocyst stage to then choose the best embryos for the transfer. This procedure also enables us to physiologically synchronise embryo development and endometrial receptivity more. The full term pregnancy success rate with this technique is above 60%.

This can be done in IVF/ICSI treatments. It is when the embryos are grown in culture for up to six days rather than the usual 2-3 days and the best embryo/s can then be selected for transfer.

The initial consultation  takes approximately 2 hours and we would speak about donors, go through how the treatment flows and you would be seen by Dr. Benito for a basic scan and trial embryo transfer (passing an empty catheter through the cervix).  They are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 15:30.

This is suggested when the ovaries have failed due to early menopause, chemotherapy / radiotherapy, or for women who have not responded to stimulation treatment themselves. Donated eggs come from anonymous donors who must be 30 years of age or less and have undergone various medical tests, medical history and assessments prior to donating.
