IVF - In Vitro Fertilisation Saint Petersburg, Russia

We started our journey during the lockdown in 2020, talking to different clinics in Cyprus, Czech Republic, Spain and also in Russia. We had directly a good feeling when talking to the international manager of NGC who was very helpful, reliable and fast to answer any question we would have. We then had medical consultations booked with four clinics one of them was Dr Diana of NGC. She speaks well English, and was empathetic but also very clear without sugarcoating or promising any magical results or wonders. Based on our initial exchange with the international department and the follow-ups and, most importantly, our consultations with Dr Diana we decided to go ahead with NGC egg donor program. When actually travelling to St Petersburg and being at NGC my husband and I were both impressed by the facilities and again the staff. Our first transfer unfortunately failed but we then attempted another transfer four months later and this time I decided to arrive earlier in Russia to be followed longer by Dr Diana. She then suggested rescheduling the planned transfer day set by our home clinic and I absolutely trusted her and we followed through with her suggestion. It was definitely the right call as I fell pregnant on our second attempt and gave birth in spring 2022 to a healthy baby. We believe that this pregnancy and birth happened thanks to NGC and Dr Diana and are really grateful to them. We would certainly recommend NGC: the medical team as well as the international department which was there for us whenever we needed help not only while being in St Petersburg but also in the weeks leading to the transfer as well as afterwards.
