High praise for NGSP. I'm writing this review with the most precious gift in my arms, my much longed for baby girl, who was born in March of this year, thanks to the wonderful treatment and care that I received from Dr Diana and team at NGSP. I sought treatment at NGSP following three difficult years of IVF/IUI cycles with two prior clinics in the UK, a couple of unsuccessful egg collections, followed by a suspected ectopic pregnancy, a miscarriage and a failed embryo transfer. Exhausted and having spent a fortune already, I had reached the point where it felt as if my dream of becoming a mother would never be realised. After a short break, I decided to continue my journey to parenthood abroad. Planning treatment in a foreign country was a daunting prospect, especially in the midst of the pandemic and with various lockdowns and quarantine restrictions in place for both countries. From the outset Dr Diana, Aleksandr and Ksenia helped put my mind at ease and I found the team to be reassuring and always responsive and caring when answering my questions. I had some anxiety due to my prior experiences, failed attempts and pregnancy losses. I felt that my previous clinics had tended to take a trial and error approach with every cycle, not really investing much time or effort in reviewing each cycle to understand what hadn't worked and why. Dr Diana really listened to the details of my previous cycles, reviewed my medication protocols very thoroughly, and carefully considered how best to achieve success on my first cycle with NGSP. For the first time during my years of treatments I felt that I was really being listened to and my concerns being addressed. No stone was left unturned! Despite having to quarantine in St Petersburg ahead of my cycle, the team at NGSP went out of their way to assist me with the logistics of planning the trip and ensuring that I was comfortable for the duration of my stay and with my treatment protocol too. I found the clinic to be impressive and immaculate and so much more modern and advanced than previous clinics I had been treated at in the UK. I fell pregnant that first cycle and was over the moon. I will forever be so very grateful for the care and support received at NGSP and I simply can't recommend them enough! Katie, London, UK
